They say that albino animals have a hard time in animal society. Obviously they are completely wrong or completely right. 

Demo, I think not. I hate to say it, but this kid has no chance and is garbage. Not even worth feeding. I know he's so young, and must have been exposed to an awful adult at some point, but the kid is a sociopath to the extreme.

He is going to kill someone someday. How sad that this is so obvious now, but no one will do what it takes to stop him. Imagine being the person who loves whoever this monster killed in 20 or 10 years, and realizing it was so obvious for so long that this kid shouldn't be free, ever.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. No. That's not how justice works. You don't punish people for things you think they will do.

And besides, this kid is seven. He is either mentally ill, in which case he's sick and needs help, or he has just learned that violence is the way people get things in life, in which case he needs help. Probably, it's somewhere in the middle of those two extremes.

I mean, an ass-whoopin is definitely part of the therapy. I just don't think one could classify him as garbage in any sort of good conscience when he's only seven.

Impulsiveness? Lack of empathy? Disregard for right and wrong?
Most children evidence these to some extent;
This child's most striking trait is a lack of fear of consequences.
So the child hasn't been properly socialized. Remedy it.
Don't condemn the kid because those responsible have failed him.

He's still a total sociopath and I would bet real money he is convicted of an extremely serious and violent crime in the next 20 years. that kid, who no doubt was victimized in a major way, is a ticking time-bomb monster who should be destroyed, but alas cannot be.

Bunker is right: the single most accurate predictor of criminal behavior is having a father-figure. This boy is much more extreme than your typical broken-home child, though. It's not a coincidence that blacks are both extremely likely to be fatherless and much more likely to commit a violent crime.

Hey, if you really think 'help' can save this poor child (I feel very sorry for him), then I certainly hope you're right. And though I also hope efforts are made, I 100% doubt it will do any good. I realize no sane society can actually destroy these monsters at any age, but that doesn't mean we aren't aware of them. To me, he's like a pitbull that attacks people. spare the rod, spoil the child. that mode of discipline doesn't always work in every case or with every child, but in this case, I believe it's warranted.

I see no reason whatsoever why they didn't incarcerated his little non-chalant ass after his "joyride" for acting like a hood-rat. stick his stupid little shit ass in a jail with violent offenders, and see if that fixes the problem.

the reason spankings stopped working is because society began viewing them as "violent behavior." less spankings = less strongly disciplined children.

i know my dad, who was born in the 1950's, would have never done what kids now are doing, because if he had, his father would have beaten his ass raw and locked him in a room for a day.

Fixing unneeded violent behavior with directed disciple may be exactly what he needs. He probably has NEVER been exposed to it as he doesn't live with his own parents (Likely because they are drug addicts and don't really care for his well-being or they do and know they are un-fit). Either way, the typical and liberal label of violence breeds more violence does not hold water. It situationally based and requires judgment. If you raise a child with a Doctor Spock book and not intuition, then its likely you would make a statement like that.

This sounds very much like a childhood psych disorder called conduct disorder. Its treatable.
Also, all this attention for bad behaviour is actually worse for him. Kids will do anything, good or bad, for any sort of attention.

What the kid needs is therapy and (probably) to get away from his current authority figures for a while.

Before therapy will work, you would have to convince him that something is amiss with his understanding of the world. Therapy only works for people who want help. Why would he want it, he is king of the world.

He's trying to be the Alpha male. He can't. He's 7 fucking years old. 

I'm not sure whether I agree with physical punishment, I tend to think it causes more problems than it solves. It's not always as simple as "kid does something bad, kid gets spanked, kid never does that something again". It usually just makes him resentful and grudge-holding, and could lead to more hood rat stuff. That said, steps definitely need to be taken in this case before he gets much older.

I don't think by any means that it's too late for this kid.. He's only 7 years old (I find that really surprising actually, he looks about 13.. just fat I guess). With the right kind of counselling I'm sure any further hood rat stuff can be avoided. I hope. 

At this point, I think the spanking ship has sailed. He's too far down the no-consequences path for that to do any good. Had this child been raised with consistant discipline, a spanking might work. Of course, if he'd been raised that way, he likely wouldn't be acting this way anyhow.

After this, I'm betting that this fat little fruitcake has Huntingtons disease, which is a genetic condition that makes kids damned near psychotic and sociopathic. People with the disease often don't live past the age of 30, though, which might be a good thing in this case.
